I have recently started playing this game on web and thought about downloading the free version, though from past experiences data and progress tend to not save when the games get updated, is it also a thing here ?
Once you have the game downloaded saves are kept automatically in the user/appdata/renpy/game name folder, I believe it is. Although the appdata folder is generally hidden by windows by default. There's a forum answer for it here

No plans for sound currently. The last time I polled patrons about it being worth it to spend the time adding music and sound effects the majority said it wasn't a priority, so it will likely remain visual only. Although even if they wanted voice acting I wouldn't be able to afford it with over 60,000 lines of dialogue so far.
Still, I have fun adding music to Endowed, which to me makes sense with far more diegetic music playing in the club.

Where does the free version end and the premium version start? Like is there an entire chapter more? The one you worked on for an entire year? Is the Broke watch ending really the ending of that string and the premium version gives you an alternative ending? Or is it a complete chapter with still an open end?
The premium version is early access to the latest update which is Episode 14. Currently I'm working on Episode 15 and will continue the main path beyond that.
There is a possibility that in the future we will be able to use the watch to determine how much each girl's breasts or butts will grow, in addition to being able to hypnotize rachel or beth.
When playing "Two Truths and a Lie", Jenn claims "I hate pineapple on pizza" as one option, but when you pick that option, she says I got the answer wrong, and that she loves pineapple on pizza...??? I mean, wrong opinion and all, but shouldn't the text say "I love pineapple on pizza" if that option is supposed to be the truth?
i have a question in the sumisibe path (act 8) jenn kiss alex (in the party). This game not supposted to be ntr free? (that scene look like jenn is doing things behind theMC is back)
and there was indeed a kiss (confirmed later in the game). man, why not make it optional. This makes the game have deceptive advertising regarding NTR (yes, it's just a kiss. but NTR at the end of the day).
I'm going to continue the game hoping there won't be any more minor annoyances (hope this game doesn't turn to shit)

On Android it's a bit more complicated, you have to keep the program installed and replace it in order to keep the saves. Otherwise you can find the save files and save them separately and copy them into the game folder for the new version, for which there are tutorials for Ren'Py online.
Amazing game! is the end of the broken watch path (v1.2a) the last we will see of the really big breast expansion? Or will that continue in future updates? Hope there's more of where that came from!
Well, this is the first game I've really felt the need to comment on. What a ride. There was far more here than I expected. The choices presented were meaningful, the changes in the ladies and their attitudes well presented. The writing is very good, with only a few minor continuity errors that I was too engaged in the story to mind.

The latest version for early release on Patreon for the $5 tier is 1.4.2, although I'm still working on finishing up Episode 14 which will likely be 1.4.3 with more scenes to be complete.
The next month or two for Hypnosis, several more months for Endowed. I also plan to come out with an early release version here on Itch for people who don't like using Patreon.

Depends on the platform. PC and Mac makes it easy, Android is more difficult.

The game uses HoneySelect for the modeling. I wish I could claim credit for the clothing, but that is beyond my expertise.
